What you will do
Build a digital product that solves a real-world challenge.
Drive product discovery and development through exploration and testing of AI use cases and data-driven applications based on audio, video, text, and other sensory data.
Work with real data provided by the partners or open data.
Conduct experiments to validate tech feasibility, user desirability and business viability.
Create user-centered products using AI, machine learning or NLP.
Engineer end-to-end data-driven applications
Grow insights on designers and product manager contributions
Communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts.
The AI-track at Digital Product School focuses on tech leadership for AI solutions, proof of concept and AI proposals that show the great potential of data-driven applications. In addition, you will practice using rapid prototyping tools and platforms such as Hugging Face and PyCaret.
... have a university degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science or other engineering disciplines with additional training and certification in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
... have experience and are enthusiastic about working with languages like Python and/or R (C++, JAVA, Scala), and libraries such as NLTK, OpenCV, or TensorFloW.
... have previous experience in several AI application projects. Former hands-on experience with machine learning in production and API would be a bonus.
... possess excellent teamwork skills and are motivated to grow as an awesome team player.
... are a natural problem solver who is passionate about digging into complex problems to devise new approaches that get results.
... have excellent communication skills in English; German would be a plus. You will know how to communicate clearly – verbally and written – and have the ability to build strong relationships between people.
... you can fully commit to DPS during the twelve-week program. No side project, university course, or exam is acceptable.
... are available for 40 h/week during normal office hours.
... can be on-site in Munich for the program and be willing to come to the office at least three days a week.
